Open Share to invite collaborators or create a review link. Choose viewer, commenter or editor deliberately, and check password and download settings before sending the link.

Can templates be customized?

Yes. Templates are starting boards, not locked documents. Change sections, add your own references, and save the finished structure for reuse.
