Use of the service

You may use Moodboard only for content you have permission to collect, edit, share, and export.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for the people you invite to a workspace or review link.

Your account

Keep your authentication account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You give Moodboard the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate the service and fulfill the actions you request.

Before sharing a board, confirm that you have permission to share its references and files and that the selected access state is appropriate for each recipient.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Any future paid plan will show its price, renewal period, included limits, and cancellation terms before purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, upload harmful material, or bypass permission controls.

Evolving service and availability

Moodboard is an evolving product. Features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn as the Board and its supporting services are completed. Do not rely on the service as the only copy of irreplaceable source material.

We work to keep the service available, but no online service is uninterrupted or error free. Preview, product, and public marketing surfaces may have different readiness evidence.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment of a future paid subscription, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
