Information we collect
Moodboard may receive your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider data, workspace membership, billing state, and messages you send to support.
We use this information to authenticate you, enforce board access, operate the service, and respond to support requests.
Product data
Boards may contain notes, images, links, files, comments, template choices, share settings, and export requests.
Board documents, binary assets, share permissions, account records, and billing records are kept in separate service boundaries appropriate to their purpose.
Public website analytics
Moodboard measures anonymous pageviews only on public marketing, template, and guide pages. The measurement request uses the public page path and may include an external referrer with query parameters removed.
Account, board, share, invitation, API, and conformance routes are excluded from marketing analytics. Board identifiers, invitation tokens, share tokens, search terms, and board content are not included in the pageview payload.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, maintain sessions, save board content, process authorized collaboration and export work, diagnose reliability issues, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about support or material service changes.
We do not sell board content or personal information. We do not use private board content for advertising profiles.
Service providers and transfers
Moodboard relies on infrastructure and authentication providers to run the web application, database, object storage, queues, collaboration, email, and public-site measurement. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to Moodboard.
Service infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. We use contractual and technical controls appropriate to the service and the information involved.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
We retain account and product information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting support@moodboard.art. We may need to verify the request and retain limited records when required for security or legal reasons.
Children and policy changes
Moodboard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or email notice.
